Yes, it's a recurring subscription, you can check the date and the method of payment by clicking on Account Settings, bottom left of your screen. :)
Today i have refered my link to my friend, and it appeared as, you dont have free starter account in your country. So he need to pay $49 as he join for the first time. why i ca

It isn't because of your referral link. To my knowledge, the following countries aren't allowed free membership, because the majority of those spamming WA have come from these places in the past: Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, and Vietnam although there may also be others.
By the way why WA aloud me free starter membership though i live in India and why not my friend? Thanks
I imagine it's based on IP addresses, perhaps the range you're within isn't in the database table yet?

The subscription payment is automatic so if you can't afford it you'll need to cancel your account. Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing Follow the links in the above training for lots more information.
That's true. Your website won't exist at WA, but you can move it to another hosting company, as long as you own the Domain. If your sites are on SiteRubix then you will lose them.
I believe you can use your credit, if you have enough in your account.
I haven't done that, so I suggest you ask a question in the community about how paying your monthly subscription with WA credit works.
The thing is, that payments to WA are made though PayPal but your credit is in WA. So you do need to find the answer on how it would work.
