If I change my menu from blog to recent posts (which I did) it is nested under blog. I now want to change it to reviews..would this create any problems for indexing past or fut

No, this is just local organization, no issues as long as you do not touch url of published text.

Hello, I have been updating my site and find (gasp) that when I click a link it takes me to the older version of the page or blog. I deleted the link and relinked but the same

Thanks for replying. I just emptied the cache and things are back to normal

Try this incognito.

Are you using some cache plugin? This could be behind all.

Why do my links do not reflect page updates?

I have recently been tuning up my site. I am taking out dead links, adding images and making a few changes but the permalinks are the same. I do a fetch as google with each blo

It was my cache that still had my older material that was being indexed. I emptied the cached and suddenly all the updates were online. Thanks for replying

Awesome. Have to keep that in memory for future reference. Thanks.

I last did it in early 2016. This is the first time I have re-indexed

OK so the first time you did it, was to index the pages, and now you're trying to get them re-indexed. Google may place a lower priority on reindexing pages and may not use the new fetch data to update their databases. I don't know if that's true but it's a possibility.

Just out of curiosity how often do you do the fetch as google to update the results?

Hi WA friends. I would like to know how to use FB bizz page for multiple and different web sites. I would appreciate any advice in this regard.

Thanks for your prompt reply, they are really 4 separate websites

Hi Juan, if I got your question correctly, you want to add facebook business page for multi websites, right? if yes, here is the solution:

The solution, for larger brands/chains, is a new feaure called Parent-Child Pages. It is still in a limited trial, meaning you have to contact Facebook directly to get this enabled on your account.

For smaller brands/chains, before you decide to segmenting into multiple pages/locations, make sure that:

A) You will have enough fans on each segment/location page to justify its existence and you won't end up pulverizing your few hundred/couple thousand fans
B) Maintaining multiple pages is worth the extra cost/time (even if you streamline the process a little bit by using the Parent-Child Pages system)

If you cant satisfy one of the two reasons above you are probably better off going with an app to create a Locations Tab on your only business page.
