Build my free website but I do not know if is ok and how I can know? This is so hard as I never did something like this before.

Vesna, on your profile page put your website link in the 'Websites by Vanna' place. I tried to open the site just using what you have below but I think there is something missing.

Larry said to me that my website works just fine.O..I really do not know what I am doing, thanks anyway.

I still don't know what I am doing. Only I am knowing this less often!

Most of I dont know what I am doing..trying Helen.

And how I do that Helen?

I am confused. But what I think you are asking is how to put your website in view. First of all copy your website URL. Then go to your profile page and to Manage My Sites. Then paste your URL into the Website 1 box. And then save it. Let me know when you have done this and I will check it out.

I think that you are on right track with me.what was botherin mi was on my lesson 5 in Generall settins, there is two box,1.worldpress address URL and 2.Site address URL.So do I just tipe in it http;//(my website)etc or to copy in it.So I think I should coppy,,is that what you are trying to tell me?Thanks so much for your help,I have never did online business before.Sory about my not well english and that is one reason I am behind with it.My 7th day in WA,moving on lesson 8.Thanks Helen and good night,it's 5 am here in Croatia.

Members at WA are really great..thanks to all!! :-)

OK Vanna. Go to your profile page and to where you put your website in. Note that you have an admin extension. People can't use this admin link. So edit the website to read http://infantandtoddlers.siterubix.com and let me know when you have and I will try and open it then.

Thank you so much Helen. :-)

Hi Vanna,

Choosing a niche is definitely something that can cause "analysis parlysis"

What you want to do is research which niche you'd like to pursue, and then open a website based around that niche.

The first tip I'd offer is to choose something that you're actually interested in or have knowledge in. It can be anything like dogs, graphic design, or making money at home.

The second thing you want to check out is whether or not you can make money off this niche. Are there people selling products in it? The easiest way is to check on Click Bank or Amazon.

Thru Click Bank, you can check different categories that might interest you, and see how much the products sell for. On Amazon, you can browse the best selling items or browse the different categories.

Choosing a niche is not an end all be all. Especially if you are new to the entire process, don't be afraid to make mistakes- you can always change your niche later.

The general rule is to just pick something that interests you and that you can make money off the offers or products in that particular niche.

Hello, thank you so much,,,I do understand what niche is and where to find it,,but I do not know hot to put niche and website together.Thank you so much Taw..

Look at a niche like a category. For example, some general niches are health, gaming, and pets. Smaller, specialized niches inside pets can be dog grooming, dog beds, and organic dog food.

Here is how to find a niche. Go on Amazon and on the top left side, click the "Shop by Department" button. Then, go to the bottom of that menu and click on "Full store directory"

Each category in orange text can be a potential niche... Home, Garden & Tools, Sports & Outdoors, Automotive & Industrial, Movies, etc

Putting a website together can be difficult if it's your first time. With that, I recommend that you consider the premium membership with WA; I'm sure they will lay out the steps for you. It's not the only way to learn, but it will probably save you a lot of headaches and finding things out on your own.

For more reading on a niche market, search "Niche Market" on Wikipedia.

Hello Taw,,thanks for your help..I did what you said to do..amazon,shop by department, full store directory...niche,,orange text yes,,,but I stuk there again becouse I have no idea what to do..yes I am very new in this, two days.I realy do not know what to do..Well I am going to sleep,it's 4 am here in Croatia. Thanks for your help.

Finding your niche is really about finding your purpose in life. When I was a kid people asked me what I wanted to do when I grow up. Draw a line down the middle of a piece of paper. Left side good, right side bad. Write down what you like on the left and what you hate on the right. Prioritize both lists. If your bad list impacts you high priority good items figure out how to eliminate the bad from the good. What you are left with should be things you are passionate about. That is your niche.

Thanks Bill!

Hello, Vanna,

I struggled a bit with this too at the very beginning. It IS important to find something that you can consistently write about and that you obviously find interesting. It will be more difficult to engage you audience if you aren't engaged in your subject.

Here is a post from Nathaniel that I have found very helpful. Don't feel pressured to make this important choice. Once you have decided it will feel right.

I hope this is helpful.

Linda

Thanks,,but do i open a website first then niche or??ah I am realy stuck in this area.

Thank you Linda!

I agree with Michelle. It HAS to be something that interests you. Not just something you *think* you could build up a website talking about. Believe it or not, there are a lot of things out there that you can make money from. Say, you love gardening, bee keeping, heavy metal music, calligraphy, playing the lute.... all these things have other people interested in them, people who are searching on Google day in day out for more info. Why not send them to YOUR site...? I wish you every success here, and don't forget there's always people ready to give advice :)

Hi. Think about things that interest you, things you like to talk about, maybe a hobby you have. A niche is something you enjoy and can use to help other people solve a problem or answer a question. This might help, too:

Thanks Michelle,,oh nice name..my daughter's name.
