When the Going Gets Tough

This quote by Moliere sounds promising, but if only the solution would come very soon.
I am so far behind with WA and my websites due to no fault of mine. My internet has been causing problems intermittently for the past two to three weeks.
Black Friday is a non-event with regard to my websites.
The worst part is that technicians cannot identify the reason why I continue to lose contact with the internet.
A technician was at my place yesterday, and is expected here again this afternoon.
I have been sent a new modem by my Internet Service provider, but that has not solved the problem.
To top it all off - I managed to get contact with WA earlier this afternoon to listen to Jay's webinar training. It was rather touch and go but kept live until asking Jay a question.
I will never know if Jay answered that question. Clicking 'Send' must have been too much for the internet connection in its delicate state of delivery.
Maybe, one day in the future, when things look brighter I will listen to the playback of Jay's Webinar broadcast today, 30th November, NZ time, to find if my question was answered.
And.... who knows! The 'Publish' button may be too much for this, as well.

Aww.. Sorry to hear about your internet problems, Valerie. How frustrating that must be. One thing about it, when we lose something and get it back, we have a new appreciation for it. I'm sure they'll get it fixed eventually. Hopefully soon. Take care!

I sure hope for your sake that this doesn't continue to be an ongoing problem for you as we head into the new year in 2020, it will be your summer soon.
Thanks very much, Brenda. I'm hoping for that too. The technician didn't make it here this afternoon. He got called to another job. Oh, well just one more day and I expect he will solve the problem by the end of Monday. He is monitoring my internet connection which gives me some hope.
Summer is almost here. After a cold and wet spring season, the weather has now turned sunny and hot.
We are going into our winter season in the Pacific Northwest in USA. Cold outside and east of us a lot of snow on the mountains. So pretty at this time of the year.
Hopefully soon your ISP technician can fix the problem.

So sorry this is happening to you. Those types of technical problems would drive me up the wall.
I will not tell you all the details because that would take too long. Some years ago I also had technical problems. Different people from the tech department showed up and the problem was they had different opinions. I am happy I did not follow any of the advice given as it was all wrong. In the end, I changed company and then everything started functioning again.

Thanks very much for your message. It's good you were able to change the company when you had the problem. I don't know that would work in NZ. To describe the process is complicated! However, the problem is still being monitored and the technician is coming this afternoon to check the outside connections.
