Has Anyone Had Contact with Site Support in the Last 14 Hours

I sent a message to Site Support about 14 hours ago. I have not received a response.

I sent a message about 1 hour ago, and I have not had a response that message either.

This is most unusual for Site Support.

I'm wondering if Site Support is not functioning. There seems to be something wrong as I can view my message sent 14 hours ago. However, I cannot view my message sent 1 hour ago.

It is good that they got back to you Valerie, hope that you get things sorted they are usually very prompt

It has been an issue Alexander, but this morning I received an email to agree to the transfer. I had the same email two days ago but it didn't function, in that I received an error message. Anyway...in spite of Crazy Domain's warnings received this morning the website is still active. I expect the transfer to WA will happen quite soon. Positive thinking wins the day! And, moving to another subject, I was surprised recently to learn that you live in NZ. I don't know my reason for being surprised, but probably because NZ's at WA are few in comparison to countries in the northern part of the globe.

Hi, Valerie so pleased that you got your problem sorted I threw them a curve ball a couple of weeks ago and it is still a work in progress but I think we will get there in the end so I have to agree with you, positive thinking and patience wins the day.
That is classic Valerie folks seem to think of me as being in the US and have many questions as to where exactly that I live. I am probably too far under the radar lol, yes I do live in NZ it is a great country.

I'm so pleased I'm not the only who had thoughts about where you live. I didn't think of you in the US. I don't know exactly where I imaged you were. Anyway, it is wonderful that you live in NZ. And, as you say Alexander, NZ is a great country.
Moving back to business - I do hope your work in progress ends happily. Keep that positive thinking and patience going :)

No, Support contacted me after I published this post. They said they were looking into the matter. I have not heard from them since.

Ha! Maybe they going all Southern European like us over here, sneaking a siesta!

I do not know about 14 hours ago as I was happily sleeping, it is 14.40 here. About an hour ago I PM them and got an answer back within minutes, so everything seems ok.

I received a message from Support after publishing this post to say they were looking into the matter. I have not heard anything since, which is now about 22 hours ago, but the website is still available so I presume transfer of the domain is in process. Or, that is what I am hoping. I certainly do not want to lose the domain as it is the domain of my Christmas website.

I've been advised by the WA system that the transfer will take place within the next 5 days. Hopefully it will be sooner.

I haven't worked on the Christmas site yet, so it's no different to when you visited it. I'm not doing any work on the site until I'm sure the domain transfer has gone through.

When I have made site look much better and have added the comments section, I will let you know Taetske.

My last contact with site support was approximately 3 days ago, with quick response from them. I'm sure it's just a glitch of some sort and I hope you receive some response very soon.

I thought of that Sue, but all day yesterday and again today, not far from mid-day, I have been trying to transfer a domain name to WA. I have had several messages with Site Support and I feel they have given up on me. This is making my life a misery. If they don't want to help me, then they should tell me. Better that than being ignored.

It is truly perplexing, Valerie, especially since all you want to do is bring more business to WA by way of a site transfer. I hope this gets resolved soon. I transferred two sites early on, both from GoDaddy. I had watched a training video by Nathanial which helped me immensely.

Thanks Sue. I appreciate your message. It's good to know that someone cares!! I'm not even transferring a website - just a Domain that I will lose today if something positive doesn't happen. I have had this domain for about 4 years and as my websites hosting is with WA I thought the expiring domain might as well be transferred to WA.
A short while ago I was about to contact Kyle. However, a message had come through from Support saying they are looking into the issue. I think my post and the comments may have triggered something!
Anyway Sue, I've just got deal with it. I have a doctor's appointment in an hour's time and my blood pressure may reflect my 24 plus hours of stress.

You're so welcome, Valerie. I'm glad you finally heard from Site Support. When I said transfer website, I meant domain. I wanted to build them here. LOL!

I also used them today. They got back to me within 5 minutes.

About an hour ago I submitted a ticket and they responded within 10 minutes

Thanks for that Matthew. Oh well...where to now!

Try opening up another ticket to see if they respond to that as it might have got lost with all that's gone on in the last few days
