Another Day to Celebrate Incredible Connections
Today, I’ve been reading many posts and comments on Wealthy Affiliate and it’s interesting how so many people are happily celebrating their successes. Where else other than Facebook, perhaps, would it be possible to read of so much joy, pleasure, excitement, plans for future, and a host of other events.
I’m not sure why I mentioned Facebook, as it’s something I don’t focus on. I just know that others do. Occasionally, I take a peep at what’s going on there but I don’t stay for long. One of my reasons for little time on FB is because of the enormous activity in Wealthy Affiliate which I have the opportunity and pleasure of being involved in, as a member.
Not only do I enjoy the incredible posts to be read, I also enjoy reading the questions and helping where possible.
Today, an interesting question was asked by Pete Weaver. It was how to find all the WA members not listed in the top 200. That is something I’ve thought of but have not stopped to ask. However, today I decided to explore and found that, at the time of looking at the number of members Kyle is following there were 436,653. These members’ profiles can all be viewed.
I acknowledge that it was Alex Evans’s response to the question that led me to find that number under Kyle’s profile. Hence the reason for using the word ‘connection’ in the title of this post ,rather than ‘membership’. The content we create and publish at WA, whether posts or questions, create valuable connections.
With the 2019 Super Affiliate Challenge well under way, it’s pleasing to read posts about the progress of those members involved. Today, I read a member’s post with reference to the end of the first month of the SAC. Of course a new month with will follow, and so it will go on month after month for the remainder of this year.
The energy generated within the WA community is mind-blowing. I’ll admit at times I’m envious of such incredible activity. Members are to be congratulated on their enthusiasm and dedication to follow the training and succeed.
But, why am I envious. I should not be as I had the same opportunity in 2018. It didn’t quite go to plan, but life is like that and punishing oneself, or envying others, is not the answer. Rather than being envious I plan on revisiting what I had done with the SAC in 2018, and continue to build on that.
With a positive attitude, strong mindset and a few effective affirmations, each WA member has not only the opportunity, but also the power to succeed with this incredible program Kyle and Carson have provided for all members to follow.
Celebrations occur continually around the world, today being a special day for Mothers. It is Sunday afternoon here in New Zealand, and I’m about to spend time with one of my daughters. Sharing time with my other daughter was by phone this morning as we live in different parts of the country.
