How do non-USA resident affiliates get paid?

Hi - I am in the UK and have never had a problem receiving my commissions. You need to read the terms and conditions of the affiliate programs you are interested in and see what method of payment they use.

For example, it can be sent directly to a bank, or through PayPal or by check, etc. If their method isn't suitable, then find a different program instead.

Love your optimism Diane, unfortunately most of South America's financial system is still in the 19th Century. Believe it or not, they still stand in line every day in banks to get their cash to pay employees, pay utilities, etc. I have USA accounts but the people I'm wanting to get businesses set up for don't. Very frustrating.

Clarification to my question. How does the overseas affiliate actually take possession of funds they earn?

Hi that depends on the program you apply to, their terms an conditions and payout structure. Every program is different, some pay by check others via PayPal or straight to your check account.

Before you apply I check with their support, or docs to find this info.

You get paid directly by the affiliate marketing companies.

Hi

You site need be ready before you apply for affiliate programs

You would have written 20 - 30 posts and have some traffic to be able apply for affiliate programs as typically they will check your site for relevance and traffic prior approval.

For Amazon it is 10 - 15 posts.

Once accepted, they've given you material and special tracking code links you can share on your site.

Essentially you are writing more informational posts so that you do not sound so salesy to Google and if there’s a solution, a detailed analysis review post for your visitors to let them make an informed decision whether to go click your links and go purchase the focused item you proposed to solve their issue.

=======
Once they do, and in accordance with your affiliation terms and conditions, how commission payouts are tracked and paid. You need to read up how payments are made because different programs follow different rules; some pay by check others via PayPal or straight to your check account.
=======

I would always adhere to your affiliate program terms and conditions.

The question is how do overseas members receive their earnings?

Yes I understand but I wouldn't know off head, your location, laws, programs details etc I'd reach out to a professional advice or seek out their respective support try find out how.

Hi
It depends on what you mean get paid and by whom.

I believe as long as you have a PayPal account, which is worldwide accessible, then you can be paid via that.

I hope this helps.

PayPal accounts in (Ecuador for example) only allow deposits, you can't remove the money. They do not link to USA PayPal accounts which is where affiliate income would probably be going.
