Hi - there are no refunds, as per the terms and conditions of this platform. You can contact Kyle as suggested, and explain your reasons as to why you think you are entitled to a refund.
Thanks for your reply Diane . As , I cancelled my subscription the day when I was going to get charged for my monthly subscription fee .
