Interesting that you seem to have two accounts going at the same time here?
Anyway, best to note the url for both and any helpful screenshots and initiate a service request to Site Support and advise them in detail and the particulars including urls, screenshots so that they can best assist you to resolve this for you.
Plus, just so you know, everything is pretty much available on this platform on-line for you to access and to manage, including your WA accounts:
Simply go to your WA Profile >> click on Account Settings >> Subscription Settings > billing - membership - payment source and all your transactions are there for you to view, amend as needed ...
Yes, there's lots to learn here and encourage you to take your time & patience with it - step-by-step ...

if you goto http://my.wealthyaffiliate.com and log out of the free account and you should be able to log into your premium account
alternatively -
open a new privacy window and go to the page above and login to your premium account
or clear the browser cache - or try a new browser
you may have a cookie redirecting you

I was hoping that the starter account could be erased from the server end, but i will try the method that you have sent me ..

try the contact page - then you will be talking to the admins of the site rather than the members.
sorry we can't help you any further
Its not working there is no log out from the starter it connects you from your email addr. But there is no unsubscribe at the footer or anywhere that i can see

Have you created a WA account in the past before creating this one you are premium with? If both accounts belong to you somehow, you could go in and delete the starter account.
Your best bet might be to contact site support to get the issue resolved. I'm sure they are able to see what is happening behind the scenes. You can find them here: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
