What To Do From Here
I find myself at a crossroads today. I'm torn on the path I truly want to take here at WA.
On one hand there is my chosen niche, which I do know a lot about and am passionate about, On the other is the affiliate bootcamp, which the more I read about and the more I see new starters rolling in daily, the more intrigued I become.
I do realize life is not about money and neither are a guarantee. I simply feel like becoming a WA affiliate would open up more doors for me financially this juncture and I would still be helping people along the way. Which to me is what it is all about.
In my short time here I have realized that I am also very passionate about wealthy affiliate. I love this place. I love the community and I love the courses.
So I implore you, my WA family. Which direction should I go. My chosen niche isn't going anywhere but neither is WA in my opnion. I just think the bootcamp would allow me to shine more.
I'm only in the middle of course 2. I could easily back off the niche and start the bootcamp. I already own my website. It's not going anywhere.
So what does everyone think? I know ultimately it is my decision, but I would love some input.

Maybe you can go both ways, if you can write 1 article a day for each site! Than go a head. All the best!
Todd, if you have the time, maybe you could work on both sites in tandem. I have read others' posts which says bootcamp taught them a lot to start off with. Or could you just suspend work on your niche and start bootcamp and then pick up your niche a bit later?Tempted to look into doing this myself!
That's exactly what I was thinking about doing...like I said my niche isnt going anywhere...it will be here tomorrow, next month and next year...I have no doubt
the website is already mine...I just have this gut feeling I should go to bootcamp...not sure why
I asked Kyle what he thought about doing both and he advised against it...and him being who he is...I'm going to listen
i just feel so strongly about WA...I think it will essentially sell itself...if you can just get them here...and I want to learn everything I can about online marketing

Well Todd, you don't have to make any fast decisions, maybe give yourself another couple of months and re-evaluate where you are then. Good luck whatever you decide

Maybe there is still a chance for the site you have already started to go somewhere. If you are only in course 2 there are still a lot more to learn and a lot more development to do. And as you ahve probably read here many times already, most websites takes around 6 months of dedicated effort before it is possible to say if it goes anywhere.
Personally I have chosen a another niche than WA for now, as I think it is a bit strange to start promoting WA right in the beginning before I had actually tested it and used it for quite some time myself. That is just my personal opinion and know many do it with success as the first niche. I definitely also want to start promoting WA some more the more I have used it and see what it can do, so also hope to include it and bring in some referrals in the future.

Thank you for your feedback my friend...I just can't get the thought out of my head that I should go bootcamp...it's quite maddening I assure you...lol...point taken though...I do appreciate it...I have some thinking to do.

Good question Todd .. I started in the same place that you are. I started with the Certificate then jumped to Boot Camp and a WA site. After 4 months I decided to put that on hold and launched a "niche" site which I am now happy with. I found a WA site is more competitive and takes longer to make money. That is my experience and thinking. Cheers, William.
