It might be just me but whenever I click on a link for a website that is hosted by site rubix,it always takes a long time to load *usually 7-10 seconds*.

Maybe I am doi

In my experience it's usually not a problem, and not any slower than other comparable hosting solutions. You may have hit a rough spot, as you mentioned, but maybe give it a day or two to check to see if it's fast enough for you. There are other dedicated hosting plans elsewhere, but they may cost $40+/month depending on where you go.

site rubix is a subdomain when you have your own domain it works slightly differently, I have checked mine and it seems fine if it continues go to siterubix and select support let them know and they can look into it

Hello WA Community,

I am having a problem where I have the comment/discussion option checked on the page editor and also on the settings menu but when people visit any of t

People have had no problems posting comments till a few days ago. Now, after trying to leave one they are sent to a blank page. Happens to me as well when I'm signed in to my admin account. I changed themes several times, nothing made a difference, but that isn't surprising since I haven't made any changes to the site in several weeks except to post articles.

Good explanation in the video :)

By default, a lot of themes don't allow for comments on pages. Actually, the "discussion" thing you have checked, is just to display or not display comments for that page/post.

Scroll down and you'll probably see a widget there called "discussion". Depending on your theme, it may have some kind of checkbox that says "allow comments". If it's not there, then you don't have comments on pages.

You can also see if there are theme settings in Appearance somewhere. Sometimes there's site-wide settings that say "allow comments on pages". Again, depends on the theme.

This guy found a solution that works for him https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/bill-p/blog/enabling-comments-on-pages See if that works for you as well.

If not, then you have just discovered one of the differences between pages and posts! https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/the-differences-between-posts-pages

Thanks for the help. I ended up changing the theme to "responsive" theme and now people can leave comments on my pages so that fixed the issue.

Cool. Glad you got it fixed.

Oh thank you thank you for pointing out that guy who found out how to enable comments, that worked for me!

Simon, the only other thing I can suggest right
now is maybe try another theme.

ok I will try that. I am just using the basic theme maybe another one would work. Ideally one that looks better.

I think that will solve the issue.

Hello all, my question to you is this: How important is it to make sure that the product or niche that you are promoting is solid and scam free?

I am starting to choose a Ni

I would stay away from binary options. Most all of the promoters of it are trying to get people to sign up to a Broker for a minimum fee of $200.00.

They offer a program that entices them to take them up on a free software offer that that will make them thousands of dollars in a short time. They also claim it is their software but it is actually software that is hosted with the Broker site.

They will create very long over-hyped videos where they will go on-and-on about this great new trading system call Binary Options. Then send them to the sign-up page where they find about the Broker and the fees.

But by then they are so excited after watching the video they are hooked. They usually all lose. If you know anything about Forex you know there are many many scams just like Internet Marketing.

If you like binary options, I like the way http://www.binaryoptionguru.com/ is set up. He seems like a legit promoter and has good information on the site. I know that brokers pay good commissions, so if that's what you are into, you can do some more research on it. I'll send you a PM with some other stuff as well

If you want to enter the MMO or IM niche, Wealthy Affiliate is a great thing to promote. Details of the affiliate program are here https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/share and the Bootcamp training is specifically aimed at training you to promote WA.

There aren't many affiliate programs out there that come with training!

And yes, it's super important to check that your product is legit! Making a sale doesn't count if the customer refunds their money :)
