I press the backspace key and it will send me to the last line and the dot will be removed. But if I press enter, the dot will reappear. What's going on?
How do I remove an "unordered list" dot from my template?

Put your cursor at the dot and click on the unordered list button at the top. That should take it away.
Click on it again and it will reappear
You might have to ask NASA - haha.
To get rid of that extra line put your cursor at the start of the second line and hit Delete or backspace.
If there are more extra lines go to the last one and hit delete or backspace until you get to the start of where you want to be.

Is this a normal thing to do?
Hi - no, you can study other people's reviews, and come to your own conclusions. You are curating the reviews, bringing them together in one place, stating the pros and cons, so the customer doesn't have to search dozens of sites for the information.
What products? I wouldn't have thought so, though I would say that if you were to make statements that "this is the best" etc then I would want to be careful unless you are able to qualify your statement e.g. if you make a claim that something is the most durable for instance then you would want to know that it is to be ethical. But if you are just comparing products along the lines of price, materials, specifications, functionality etc then I wouldn't think this would be a problem.
