I still think it's your computer. I have no problems with Content Manager and I haven't heard of anyone else having problems either. I'd put in a ticket with Site Support just to make sure, but this isn't something a question in the community will be able to resolve for you.

I encounter that before and it came from my computer or the mouse. Restart your machine and see if it makes any difference.

Use 'Align none' for your images and place them between paragraphs.
Did you realize that justified text is harder to read? That's why it's no longer standard with WordPress.

I just did a quick search and it appears that that theme may not have the option to switch to just an excerpt for the blogroll on front page.
I found an even better one that summarized posts in the blog roll and it was not as difficult to change over as I had expected! Check it out: http://pupstop.siterubix.com/
