I belong to two affiliate programs - amazon and swimoutlet. Both programs have the products I am promoting. While writing my review under the option of "Where to Buy" can I put
Could always approach it as "If you enjoy shopping Amazon..." Vs just listing side by side. I as a shopper would be prone to looking for the item on amazon if the link led somewhere else. Just to see if amazon had it for the free quick shipping.
You won't get penlilized but you will confuse your reader, it's always best to have your affiliate link going to the same affiliate - not 2 different ones. So pick just 1 and use that.
Hi Leo, I have seen very successful sites adding multiple options. In my niche this is in almost all big sites. The logic is easy to follow, prices change all the time and they may vary from one provider to another. So the option to choose is a good user's experience, although the number of links is increased which perhaps can have some negative effects (but I doubt it has).
Persoanlly I would'nt have different affiliate links about the same product or service going to different affiliate sites within the same review. That does confuse your reader and when you do that you've increased the chance of them not buying.
I understand, this is the matter of choice. But in my niche this is a common practice. See these two examples, the first site has more than 300 000 visitors.month, the second has many millions (the number one in the niche by all means, this is OutdoorGearlLab), they give multiple choices and with good reasons.
Is this is the exact same product? If so then it looks more like a price comparison - if so I get that -
Yes this is the same product and prices at various sellers. This is what was asked here.
But I myself always make a comparison table with 3-4 different products in the same category and give basic features and the price, so that people can choose. Though the question was not about that.
This is exactly what I'm talking about. The same product but different merchant site with different prices. Thank you so much, you've been very helpful.
I don't see any reason you couldn't put both affiliates in your product review. This would give the viewer a chance to compare prices, etc. Also, you double your chance of the viewer clicking on one or even both links.
Exactly what I was thinking, I thought it would be an opportunity to compare prices. Besides some people one to the other.
Thanks

I agree with @leomery. You can, but it's not advisable. Do not confuse your readers.
