When you are troubled and you need a helping hand
So there you are sailing along with all your goals in front of you. You are doing the training, you are creating your website, you are sending traffic to your website, people are commenting on your website and BANG you run out of steam and you are not making money.
This is where you need to take a step back. You have hit a brick wall. You think that it's not going to happen for you. You are not going to be as successful as you first thought.
Do not despair. This is what happens to every successful person. The only difference is they understand that it's not all peaches and cream. Some people are successful within a few months and others may take years.
It will take you as long as it takes you.
When you hit that wall, write about your experience, and then take a break! The reason I say to write about your 'heartache' is you can then look at it objectively and it clears out your brain to let new ideas in.
Do not continue to break your head on that wall. Go for a walk, see a movie, visit friends and forget everything. When you come back to this you will have different ideas, a new set of goals and a clearer idea of your outcome.
Sometimes it may be that you really are barking up the wrong tree, or approaching your problem from the wrong/same angle. You need to sharpen your technique.
Maybe you glossed over a part of the training.
You need to revisit it. Perhaps you have sailed ahead without the training, go back. As much as it hurts to go back it will propel you further forward because you will not realise how much you have learned and how much more can be added if you don't go back.
The beauty of this community is everyone is rooting for you but they cannot do the work for you.
Possibly your first site is a practice site and now you need to put all you have learned into a new site which will be bigger, better and more informed than your last site.
Work through all of these things and I bet you will feel a lot better for it. Going back is going forward with more ammunition at your disposal.
Enjoy the journey, the destination is not the end but the start of a new journey.

I know I glossed over, hurried through some of the training. My rambunctious exuberance has settled down into more rational thinking now, so I am going back. Thanks Ultimateless
That's good to hear Dennis, second time around is always easier and more enlightening than the first time.
Nothing like stepping back and relaxing and reflecting after a long sweaty trek in the outback!
Outstanding Michael! My first few websites are within one category.... LEARNING. LOL! No, not the niche market, learning, but part of my learning curve! Now, just about every website I build makes a profit. But, that doesn't happen overnight. Be patient.....no matter who you are reading this, if you're new, I was right where YOU are at one time or another. Stay motivated!
Thank you Michael, yes this is what i was going through. I got overwhelmed with all the educational resources, and entering website, and responding to pages, pulled me off track.
Cheerfully,
Elizabeth
I am glad this has been of some help to you Elizabeth and I hope you fulfil your dreams. Remember that you can turn your dreams into reality, no holds barred.
Wow, great article, and yes if it didn't work build another one, and always keep learning and moving forward.
Thanks, buddy
You know exactly how it goes Mike, it's like those motors that refuse to start, then you have a coffee and sure enough, you figure it out and BANG it starts, you wipe the grime off your sweaty forhead and go and have a beer! We have to reward our achievements, who else will! I am with you on that one buddy!
