How to solve all your problems.

Yeah, right, I can hear you say.

I am going out on a limb here but the best way is to not create problems for others. If you make other people's live's easier then it will be returned eventually.

At work, this is especially important.

People like to be shown how to do things and not made to feel like an idiot. Guidance is all that is required or you will be one of those people that love to say, "give it to me I'll do it you idiot" (maybe not the idiot part, but the thought is there).

Technicians take the job away and managers show them how it's done. There is an art to delegating and getting the job done to your standards.

As long as you do the work, you will never be free. Find people who can write your posts, market your products and make your business work.

Work outside the box.

As usual, I wish you all the best.

Thank you Michael, very kind of you to offer. You are so kind lol.

I try but you have to do the work, lol !

Oh I don't know about that one, I was delegating here lol. xx

Finding people who will write for my posts, market my products and others? That time will come when people trust me.

Everything comes with time, Jimmy, thanks.

Right.

Right on Buddy!!!!

paul

Thanks, Paul.

Haha! I was just about to send you my 'To Do' list, then I realized that you were trying to 'help me,help myself'!

Excellent philosophy! Many thanks, Sue :)

I bet my To Do list is longer than yours, lol ! Thanks, Sue.

Michael.

Very good advice. Tough to do, but certainly a goal to work towards!

Thank you, Michael.

Susan

A little digging goes a long way, Susan, it's incredible at what's available on the internet for a few dollars that can save you hours of heartache.

Thank you.

I am going to follow up on your suggestion. It makes perfect sense and is far more time efficient.

Thank you!

Susan

That is very good advice Michael. Not always easy to do though, depending on circumstances!

For sure, Valerie, not everything costs but one has to dig deep. :)

Sensible delegation extends success. Nice take Michael!

Thanks, Michael.

Ta.

Great twist on the Golden Rule, Michael. I like the way you expressed this line of reasoning and actually, it could have been a little longer, with lots more details. But that's just me. Some people prefer brevity, I go for wordiness. But you got the point across. And while it might not be a cure for cancer, it will definitely solve a lot of man-made problems.

I probably should have written a longer more explanatory post, Judy, but I tend to leave them for my website.

Thanks for the compliment.

Michael

There is a lot in that part Michael, one of the hardest hurdles to get over is actually letting go on board the first place. A work in progress for many of us I feel. That saying working on your business not in your business springs to mind.
Totally agree with you on board the point, if we can make the road easier for the folks around us it comes back to us for sure, we also grow and learn heaps as well.

Letting go is the key - but you are right, Alexander, it's not easy. Life would be bliss for all of us if our only intention is to make other people's lives bliss.
