Hi! Your hosting is part of your premium package. You need to purchase your domain name. If you already own it, then you need to do a transfer process. Or you can get your domain name through Wealth Affiliates. Its a great deal!

Google searching "wp xml and csv importer" (without the quotation marks, of course) provide other plugins and even some articles available that you may find helpful. (See screen print below...)

There may not be enough users needing this type of plugin to make it worth the while of the developer to create a free version.
When we pay for plugins and/or themes (providing the price is reasonable, of course) this helps maintain the developer's interest in keeping their product up to date and usable.
you should be be able to install a plugin to do this - have you gone through the plugin section of your site.

Absolutely ... but remember IT is a very broad and heavily competitive niche ... do you have a speciality within IT ... Web Design, Networking, Security ... etc. something you can focus on rather than a shotgun approach! You must provide value in your website posts to attract people and bring them back to your website ...
