Good idea, thanks for the advice. That's a road I'd like to not have to go down lol.

The best thing can be to cross bridges when and as we get to them.

Sometimes folks want to pick a fight, learning when and how to or if we want to respond can be the difference at the end of the day.

I have heard of members being threatened, usually the companies concerned have many complaints so are lashing out like a cornered animal.

It's a shame that it happens to good people, but there is a price to pay when calling out scam artists and shady products what they are.

At the end of the day I'll take integrity over selling out anytime.

Thank you for the advice friend.

This questions can help prepare one for any eventuality.

But I think it is better to always be cautious in our use of materials and in our presentation. Prevention is always better than a cure.

Thank you for this heads on.

Hey guys just a quick question regarding something I saw in a training once - I think it was a Jay webinar but I'm not certain.

Anyways, I remember being told to wait a w

I put links in immediately and have never had trouble with Google. Hope this helps!
Michelle

You can put affiliate links as you make your content. The reason why you need to wait is that if your website isn't indexed yet it's hard for people to find you.

Best to wait until your site is indexed than add affiliate links. Because Google doesn't like a lot of links it comes off as you're selling instead of informing.

So you play the game until Google likes you and welcomes you to their side. 😆 good luck!

Thank you very much!

So let me rephrase what you are saying.

Google will rank it and then you will add links. Then Google will not see the links when you put them there, or it will pretend not to see them and it will not de-rank your post, and it will let you stay ranked as before.

Ask yourself how logical all this would be. If links are so harmful as this strategy suggests, then the post will be de-ranked when it is crawled next time.

So put links immediately and forget them. This about adding them later is yet another of many myths in this activity. I put links in brand new sites and they generate sales after 2 weeks only. This happened in my 2 latest sites so this is the first-hand experience, take it or leave it, up to you.

I'll take it, that's why we ask right?

Thanks for the valuable reply!

I've had some trouble finding the answer to this (no doubt missed it in my sleepy travels) so I ask it here instead, to the team of experts on hand :)

Also - are we still

I think having your content centred on one keyword as a focus makes it better for google robots to identify you with a particular niche.

Of course, I will dance around some other keywords but usually the emphasis is on one.

Hope this helps.

Segun

Awesome thanks folks :)

feigned answered this perfectly. I would save other keywords for other articles

google will only rank the most relevant article if you write more than one article about the same thing.
and yes it will always be one main keyword per article - you should only be putting across one main thing in an article - you can link out to other ideas as other articles.
there are hundreds of keywords for each niche, so why would you use the same one twice.
good luck
