Day 8 - 14 of 30 Ph3 Making Diet Progress
I have been somewhat offline from WA. However I managed to continue on my diet program and with good results. I have lost 2kgs in the last week, bringing my running total weight loss to 13kgs. I am now on 87kgs from 100kgs in November 2016.
The change has been very noticeable that everyone is mentioning the visible weight loss. I am also feeling more energetic in everyday activities.
I finally bid goodbye to the ankle brace. I have been walking free for a week now. I am not yet back to my exercise routine.
I changed up my diet schedule. It was one week on and one week off. I changed it to two weeks on diet and one week off. Today I had two slices of pizza with my kids to celebrate the end of the two week period of following the diet plan.
Two more weeks to go to complete the 90 day challenge
