Day 6 of 30 Ph2 Major Drawback
Day 6 of 30 Steady As We Go
Just when you think you are getting better at overcoming the daily challenges of the challenge, a bigger one is thrown your way.
I twisted my ankle yesterday rushing to fetch some clothes off the line when it started raining. As soon as I was injured the rain stopped. My ankle was swollen a bit but I managed to sleep. It was better in the morning. I decided to have it checked out. Fortunately I have no fractures. There was no sonar to check if there was any ligament damage. So I have to keep my weight off the leg for a while. There goes my exercise routine.
Day 6 Diet : Saturday - beef and vegetables
At least my diet is not affected by this. And I am now on 91kg which is the target for this week. I guess I will be doing the diet thing until my foot is healed.
I probably need to explore exercises that I can do while in this condition. Maybe abs or upper body or something.
Let the options be explored

wishing you the best on that Tyrell. Your diet plan looks interesting. Is that part of your niche or just something you have chosen to do? I sure hope your foot heals quickly. All the best.
It is just some thing I chose to do to manage my weight and get active. Thanks for the kind words
Did the doctor recommend any therapy for your foot? This is where cross training comes in handy, take care Tyrell.
I have to go in for a sonar to check ligaments before he recommends anything. Thanks Jeff, cross training will come in handy indeed.
Oh dear, sorry to see and hear this, but you will heal and be back to normal soon though!
Typical, rain stops once you have had the accident!
Rest and get well.
Cheers, Tosh :)
Always happens that way. Seems it only started for this happen and stopped as soon as it happened. It was like a minute and a half

Wow, a major bummer Tyrell. Don't take it lightly, rest that leg or risk more serious injury. I'm sure you'll get back in the swing of things soon but don't rush.
Regards,
Jerome
Thanks for the advise Jerome. It is important to.completely heal first.
