Day 5, 6 and 7 Pressing On
I am still proceeding well on my diet plan
So I went through my diet for days 5, 6 and 7.
Day 5 600g of beef and 6 raw tomatoes
Day 6 Beef and Vegetables
Day 7 Brown rice and vegetables
I have lost the planned 1kg this week.
As I finish this course of 7 day diet, I am thinking of changing the routine since I did not do my extreme exercise as initially planned at the beginning due to the ankle injury. I am now out of the ankle brace but I have to take it easy with it.
I have decided to continue with the diet for a second week. It was a one week off one week off routine. So I will do the diet for two weeks and then take one week break and continue for another two weeks. Just to switch things up. The diet is easy to follow and has a minimal disruption to my everyday life. My family eat the same plus a few more things.
Extra learnings
What is interesting is that this 30 day and 90 day challenge thing is now creeping into the rest of what I do. I recently split my marketing plan for my offline business into 90 day periods, which are further split into 30 day tranches for tracking purposes. It is quite an effective tracking method and I intend to continue it as a habit.

Good, good. Though my religion prohibits beef and I could not eat when I attempted it. My body just could not take it.

That's something I have to work on I am such a big eater. I've been eating a lot less carbs and slowly losing weight but of course it's not fast enough LOL

Compared to your food - I should not have eaten what I just ate! I need to stay on track too. Great to see you are doing so well.
