Day 2,3 and 4 of 30 Ph3 Diet on track
I have been hectic busy this week such that I had no time to blog on the diet daily. There was 9-5 work planning, small business planning and business development, niche website focused activity.
So I went through my diet for days 2, 3 and 4.
Day 2 Big Potato and Veggies
Day 3 Fruits and Vegetables
Day 4 8 Bananas and Milk and a bowl of soup
All of this goes well with lots of water.
I can see that this season my focus will shift from WA blogs to my niche site and my offline business. I am not going anywhere but I am definitely reducing my activity within WA. I will be posting about some of the interesting things that I am focusing on to achieve my objectives for 2017. It is time to fully apply the teachings and learning here.
In the meantime

Well, I just wanted you to know that you have inspired me to start blogging about my journey to a healthier me!!! I NEVER thought I'd share that particular struggle within this community, but reading about your journey really inspired me. I already know that I will not be posting daily, I just thought that would just be too much stress, especially since I still have so much more work to do on my site. Instead, I'll just share 1 or 2 posts a week, pertaining to my Healthier Me posts. I just posted my first one, just minutes ago!!!
