No Offence But It's Just Like The Buses
I mean no offence but it is just like the buses. This might be the last post where I try to do the whole title in the first paragraph thing, yes I know it's meant to be keywords blah blah blah but it just feels so forced sometimes. I am an artist and I feel stifled by the constant boundaries being put upon me.sigh. (small letters on purpose for submissive, dramatic effect)
We'll get to the title in a moment, for now you'll just have to put up with me having a sidebar with you. Alright alright, I'll make it another short one. The only reason it is short is because of what has just happened, otherwise I wouldn't be doing this at all and you'd have to wait until tomorrow.
I mean, I have been accumulating material for blogs over the last week and just not had the time to do them justice. I so wanted to talk about 'Site Comments' but no, it will have to wait.
So after all that, let's get to it. Remember in 'Friends' when Chandler used to get a 'smack' on the proverbials every time he left the room, by his boss ? Then he decided to ask his boss to stop doing it, only to find that he missed it ? No, well that's it in a nutshell as far as the plot goes. Relevant to me though because of the big 'G' or the big multi-coloured 'G' to be more exact. I don't covet it but when it doesn't come, I miss it.
It has to be said I've never had quick indexing. I read posts on here how, no sooner someone had pressed 'Publish' gone out and made a cup of tea, come back, sat down and BOOM,
"Your content published through SiteContent at Wealthy Affiliate has been found in Google!"
Normally it takes about a week or more before I get and e-mail, if I get one at all, I mean it's not guaranteed. Then of course, I go through Google Console and do the whole 'request' thing. Still doesn't give me a 'G' though.
Then tonight, what happens ? I'm about to open a tab and watch 'The Good Wife' and Wham bam shang-a-lang, boom Twackala.. Four e-mails, four posts indexed, 4G's (which is still acceptable, if not slightly frowned upon)

Maybe we could try and implement some sort of 'Autoresponder' for our posts. The sort that sends a post on receipt of each 'G'. Obviously, if it could also write the posts, it would be a bonus.
I think today is one of those days where you have to 'make hay' regardless of the weather. An uninterrupted morning has paid dividends.

It was a nice surprise, for sure. I'd given up on some of the older posts getting 'G's and just thought that if you use the 'console' then it bypasses the WA email, obviously wrong, bonus.

I went up the stairs to the land of nod last night, after reading you reply, with a grin on my tired facade. I was 'done' though, so didn't have it in me to reply till now. I was going with 'Thank you ma'am' and then thought against and I'm glad I did. I much prefer 'Shang-a-lang'

I know, well I didn't realise at first, not until I IMDB'd it, to try and find out where I recognised 'Alicia' from. ER, back in the day. I'm not one for getting into a series only to find out it gets 'axed' just after I'm fully invested. Just twiddling thumbs until Tin Star or Ozarks sorts another season out. It's on Amazon.
