No probs about building a Wordpress Site with WA and then transfer it to another hosting service if thats what you want and they have wordpress as well
You have your two free ones anyway and you can do what you want with them.

Does your other hosting service have Wordpress?
Best to be sure or you might not be able to transfer everything.
Anyway once you build a website here at WA you can always download a copy and save to your desktop and try it.
If it works, great and if not back to the drawing board.
