The interpretation is that there are likely to be 16 visitors or less on average in a month (traffic), and that the number of searches for that query per month is about 89. That means that this is not likely to be a very successful niche. I did not see anything under the example for the Google ad; I don't understand the point of the visual aid.
The keyword you have chosen as well as the niche is never going to get a page one ranking for several reasons, not least because you have zero content on your website which is in fact a sub-domain.
If you eventually upgrade your membership, you will then be able to go through all the additional training and change that website into a domain that you own or subsequently purchase. This is a lot easier than it sounds.
Concentrate of learning the basics for now because making money takes a little time when new skills have been mastered and completed as shown. There is no such thing as get rich quick! Learn this lesson well and keep learning. Then success will come eventually.

I only did the site for this question to be answered. I'm not planning on the site itself for business. I have a doc. in the link that has images that go with my question. Plus I was just practicing a little.

The second one shows some promise:
128 monthly searches
Traffic 22 clicks of potential traffic - click (to go to your site)
You left out the most important parameter competition, it must be below 300 to be doable.
