I tried the tutorial for creating the affiliate disclosure. The template does not work. I tried several time and on different browsers. Does anyone have any answers.

The rules for Amazon are different than the rules for the FTC. You need to decide which to follow based on who is included on the page. Reading what folks are saying Amazon is telling them to do, I wonder if Amazon is compliant with the FTC!
When I asked Amazon , I received following :
We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
However, I plan to use Amazon disclosure only on the page where their products are listed. I will make one post as suggested by Loes to cover the whole website

Also, I have one "stupid" question. I will make a custom menu for privacy policy and affiliate disclosure but I am not sure what the title should be for these two. Any suggestions?
What I did Alex is I put their affiliate disclosure at the bottom of my products page and then when I make a post with products I copy and paste at the bottom of that page. Amazon approved that procedure.

I'm using the one on SiteRubix. Just put your url in the places where they need to go. Publish it as a page and put it in the header or the footer and your good to go.
Thank you Loes for the link. After I posted the question I found one in the sitecontent templates. I modified it a bit and it is now complete. I am going to save your link incase I have problems with the one I published. I am glad I read your post as I forgot to click the no index boxes. Your disclosure is simpler and much shorter than the template. Thanks again

Hey there, I had only 2 check boxes as well. I wouldn't worry too much about it but you could ask for an updated video by clicking on the top of the lesson. There's a button there to request an update. Or in the feedback below the video, someone might have addressed the same question. I just continued the lesson.
As to your second question I'm a little confused because YOURWEBSITE.COM doesn't have an @ symbol. So it is difficult to say of you're looking at the same text as the one you pasted your email to since emails typically have an @ symbol. But assuming you pasted in the correct spot be sure to refresh the page you're changing and viewing. I've had similar things happen. I know these are not concrete answers but I'm still new here as well so just trying to give you another angle. Good luck. You can always re-ask the question maybe an expert will have better knowledge.
