You need to cancel your account manually. Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing

I'am having all kind's of trouble getting my training to load after i log off & back on , also trouble when i go to rewatch a training video ,, iv tied everything so i don'

Yes i was in the training took a brake came back & the video's won't load ?
MP4s work. Is your video in the MP4 format?
Is the video too big?
Do you have any special characters in the video's file name? File names must only contain letters, numbers and hyphens.
