Cheers.....PB How are image links set up?
Hey Trevor,
Doing a quick search on YouTube for "images to links" (without the quotation marks, of course) I found several videos to select from. Here is the URL from the one listed as number 1: https://youtu.be/ICJ9B88bzYI

I use the plugin "WP Gallery Custom Links" to be able to add any link to the pictures, and to keep all pictures neat in one line

I;m trying to allow comments on my pages but am having issues finding the setting in my dashboard to open it. When I go into settings it looks like comments should be allowed b
Try this:
Login to your site,
click on 'pages'
click 'quick edit' for the page you are dealing with,
click on the drop down arrow for 'Screen options'
put a check mark in the item that says ' comments'
Log in to you site.On the menu on the left.Click on the page.
Choose the page that you want to add comments.
Below the page move your mouse until you see
Edit | Quick Edit | Trash | View
Click on Quick Edit
Then on the right side of the Quick Edit page
[tick the box] Allow Comments
and remember to click Update
Are you trying to get comments on "Pages" or "Posts"? I had the same problem and just made everything that I intended on getting comments on a "Posts" which worked.
For my pages. I'm on the offer feedback section of the Bootcamp to allow a page to be viewed and am being told nobody can leave a comment.

I can't believe I need help on this one but I can't seem to find the option on my dashboard to change the color of the font text on my site? when i'm editing on the page i'ts b
Do you have TinyMCE installed? You can change the font color, choose different fonts and more.
Plugins > Add Plugins
And search TinyMCE. It's called TinyMCE Advanced.
Since you mentioned plugins, do you have WP Edit installed, it is a basic must for your wysiwyg editor. If you don't have it, installing it may give you your text color option back.
I'm enjoying all the input from others. Lots of great info here and it helps all of us to learn too.
is it the general color of your text on your site. If so when you are in your edit page or post drag your cursor over the text and then look at the tool bar at the top of your page and click the A that is underlined, click on this and it should bring a little color chart up. Click the color you want and then your text color should be changed. hope this helps.
You seem to know how to change color from your WP editor (the A icon). So maybe the problem is the background, or the theme itself. For rich editing, there are many plugins (think of them like your average smartphone apps, designed to do specific things).
It would seem I need to get more plugins, I don't have an A icon. on the dashboard setting. I figured some settings were missing but wasn't aware that would have to do with a plugin. I will look into that. Thanks for your help
Hi Trev its ok you dont need another plug in. You dont have your full toolbar open. Click the last icon on the right. It opens up the 2nd toolbar. I made similar mistake in the beginning.
Hi,
There is also a toggle on the first row at the end. Try clicking that toggle and see if you see a second row.
This was a GREAT question. I couldn't figure it out myself and had not taken the time to ask. I''m glad you asked.
