no plug ins on my web page what can I do to fix this ?
If you don't want any plugins then that's fine but you are going to want some like social media, SEO, etc.
My advice would be to start with the 'Get Started Here' training. It teaches you literally everything you need to know. Online Entrepreneur Certification - Getting Started Level 1 Also, you can do a Google Search for any plugin that you want. Think of the purpose and add 'wordpress plugin' to the end.
