I’m going to teach you the types of videos that you can create and the tools that you can use. Your video and audio quality will have a huge impact whether your videos will be a success or not.

Types of videos:

A. Talking Head

This is probably thee most common type of video on YouTube. You’re just speaking directly in front of a camera. It’s still very effective to this day.

This is most people’s favorite style of engagement. This is by far the cheapest and the easiest way to do online presentations about anything. You’re going to need some tools to do this but the cost is really worth it.

You can use a free screen capture tool called camtstudio. Visit camstudio.org and download it…it’s safe so don’t worry. The other thing you will need is power point for your PC or Keynote for your MAC. If you are demonstrating say “creating a website” over the shoulder style then you don’t need power point or Keynote. You just need to record your screen and do your over the shoulder style of teaching.

If you made some mistakes, then you can edit it easily by the end of your presentation. You can also pause the recording anytime you want.
