I've seen a lot of questions about themes.
Here is a video on how to find a free WordPress theme that you like. Install it or change the theme.
This video is compilation of several that I have done. You may find that the WordPress version changes through the video. There are subtle changes as to how things work in the various versions so try not to be overly critical.
Hope it helps people to understand how to find a good free WordPress Theme.

I have understand but I am getting confused as to why I would install more than to Themes, If I install one as shown in the video how do I know that my older theme as changed to my new theme?

Hey Cinderella,
You can easily (and should always) check your site to see if the new theme installed correctly by refreshing your browser and going to your loading page.

You can view the active theme by going to Appearance>>Themes only one (usually shown in the top left position) will show active on the list.
Your site should also look different as the new theme will change the appearance of your site to match the new css embedded into the code by the new theme.
