Great video! Thanks! May I just add that even if you own your domain, it is ALWAYS important to BACKUP the website from time to time. Just because it's on the cloud does not mean it's there forever. Cloud does fall as rain sometimes...

Thank you. But for clarification do you mean your plan on WA? Thanks

Yes indeed, or if you forget to backup. Chances are you will find a lot of your website content and pictures for any specific date at wayback machine :-)

I would be highly surprised if WA had no backups of our websites :-).. Otherwise if we had a website hacked, we would be in the soup. Which is not the case.

You can also do the backups yourself manually as well. But it is not something I do.

You can download a program known as FTP and basically download every folder from your site onto your desktop. Alternatively, there are backup plugins (I'm not using though) you can install to help in the backup process.

I have to admit that I was confused for a minute since most of us use Wordpress here but I understand now, thank you for sharing that info.

Yes indeed, Wordpress.com is hosted on Google. Wordpress.org is hosted on a paid server generally.

Thanks for the information. Blessed to have this platform to host my blogs on.

Now I have better understanding on paid hosting versus free hosting. I believe if one is serious about building long term online business, paid hosting like what we have in WA for Premium members is the way to go. Thank you for taking your time to put up this training.

Thanks again.
