After you have clicked Scrape Again, one of two things may happen.

You may still get an error message. If that happens, you just continue clicking Scrape Again until it comes out right.

When everything is OK the page will show your image, title and description like you have specified it in the sharing settings of your plugin.

Next: How does this work, and what if I can't get rid or the error messages.

My experience the first image on your post will be the one that is used, but that is also not always the case.

That is true when neither theme nor plugins have defined any image in the Open Graph tags.

You can also use the feature image in wordpress for each page.

It is not every theme that adds Open Graph tags to the featured image. Then Facebook pulls any picture.
And the recommended image dimensions for Facebook share image does not always correspond with the dimensions of the featured image.

Omega theme has this included.

Maybe. I tried to check it out, but I am not sure which Omega Theme to check. There are at least 5 WP themes named Omega.
But even if you clearly define social media content through Open Graph tags, Facebook still can get it wrong.
