Hey y'all... this is just my translation, I might have missed some stuff: Hi this is Soltiris and today I want to talk about getting the most money in exchange for your time doing stuff in your biz. You've heard of the 80/20rule ... basically the 80/20 rule says 20 percent get 80 percent of the money and results. In life, This applies to many things. Look at what you're doing every day and look at what 20 percent of what you do gets 80 percent of the results. Basically what you have to do is fugure out what 20 percent of your effort and do more of that.
Give as much of the other stuff to other people to do or 'outsource' For Ex, if you can get
150 dollars an hour to coach people, it is probably not a good idea to be writing about what you are not really an expert at. The example is say a Travel web site... pay the 5 to 10 dollars to save this time for someone else instead of spending an hour writing an article rather to do the coaching. If you spend 20 minutes a day and get 3 clients, you could do it for a couple hours. Sometimes you need to go from training to doing, then from doing to teaching.

Take a look at what you're doing during the day what are we wasting versus what can we do to improve. Outsource the 80 percent of what you do that is getting 20 percent results. Do more of the 20 percent of stuff that gets the 80 percent of your results.

If you don't do these things, you are wasting time and losing money.

Do these things,
If you want to be successful and make more money in your business.

Thank you so much for listening, join his social networks and will add you back. Bye for now

Thank you and have a great day!
Nurse Becca
PS I just think this guy is great!
Pps no offense, but are we allowed to invite everybody to our site like this, as long as we are promoting something else?

I did not invite anyone to my site or to affiliate links here, the URL as I discussed in a previous training goes to my social network URLs, there are many posts here which allow people to follow each other on social networks. By using a pretty link if one of your social networks gets blocked or deleted it is easy to redirect all your previous posts to the new ones. Plus it is much easier to remember your http://website.com/social instead of linktr.ee/steviesmith I have not invited anyone to my website from here and have no plans to in the future. If you have multiple websites and emails going out and lots of content a broken URL going to a suspended Twitter or YouTube account looks like a disaster.

So I would highly recommend anyone using their Social media URLs on their website emails or anywhere else to change it to a pretty link instead.

That way if or when the dreaded day arrives and a social media account gets shut down, you can update all your links in a few seconds.

I thought maybe we can, Kyle and Carsen do but seems like self promotion in a way. Thank you for your response I hope my captions and questions aren't too annoying.

I got a message about it many years ago so I don't do it for that reason. Even if I do not agree with it and think it is limiting, It's not my network so I follow the guidelines.

The 80/20 rule is useful once you have a good feel for which tasks you're more efficient in, and which ones you're not. Great point.
