So now that you guys have started your training, you might come into some questions, but where can you find answer's? We have a wonderful community here that are willing to help you in your path to success! Here at WA, you have multiple different ways to get help,which include : live chat, other questions asked by fellow members, training, and site support!
Live Chat
Live chat is available to you 24/7 and always has people in there available to ask your questions too. The live chat can be opened through the blue live chat tab on the left hand side of the page (see image below). When you ask a question within live chat, the icon will change for other people, with little green letters saying '1 person needs help'. This will allow people to know that you need help!
. Search Bar
The search bar is located at the top of the page (see image below), and this is where you can type in your question you have. You will notice when you type your question in multiple different suggestions drop down. These will be other questions related to your question that fellow members have asked, if you click on these, you can find answers within the comments! Also within the suggestions you will see training's related to your question. These are created by members of WA , and can be very very useful! If you cannot find an answer within these, you can create your own question, and within minutes you will see people commenting trying to answer your question! To ask your own question, go to the bottom and you will be able to fill out your question inquiry (also in image below)
Site Support
If you cannot find your answer for your question you can send a ticket into the site support (WA Support) and they will get back to you Asap. Site support is located in the light blue SiteRubix tab (see images below), then when SiteRubix tab is opened, clikc on Site Support and you cant then ask your question and enter a ticket.
