The non-expanded steps of using the periscope is the following:

1. Sign In/Sign Up

Download Periscope from App Store and sign in using your twitter account.

2. Periscope Tabs

Follow the table on the app that show who is live, all the broadcasts that are available for replay, map and news.

3. Profile and Settings

Provide a clear profile info with website, what you do, and change the settings (language preferences and so forth).

4. Watch a broadcast

On map, tap on anyone's video to watch their broadcast.

Gain a general idea of how it works.

5. Send a broadcast

Now that you are somewhat familiar with how Periscope works, send your own broadcast.

You can even share it on Twitter! So that's a double exposure :)

And frankly, you might even get addicted to this - it's so engaging!

So THIS is what Periscope is, Zarina!
I was on YouTube, looking at concerts in South America of The Rolling Stones' latest tour. All through the comments, I kept seeing that the 'film maker' (audience member) sharing this footage, was using "Periscope''!
I'm not sure how I can use this to promote my Seniors safety blog, though...
Rock on!:)

Hahaha Terry - you are awesome! :D
And to Seniors Safety blog... well yeah, I am not sure how it will play out with your niche :) But if you ever choose another niche, you should consider Periscope!
