Why do you want links to open in a new window?

Hi Jay,
Personally, I want any outside links to open in a new window tab because, I don't want anyone leaving my website.
For inside links, I'm happy to have them open in the same tab.
By unity, my take is that Loes means: "Does the website have a natural flow based on complementary colors."
For instance, loud and flashy colors mixed in with very soft and warm colors - could be a bit of a distraction.
Just my 2 bits worth.
