This next topic is the one that will really help you rank quicker. Blog Posts and Questions are the primary ways we communicate with other members and is also the best way to increase your ranking.

This is not a daily task for me, but as I go along building my online business and I run across things that I want to share with the other members of Wealthy Affiliate to help them in their journey I like to share by writing a blog post or asking a question. I strive for quality and not quantity.

Kyle says that blog posts are for letting "people know about your progress, your successes, and ultimately your experience as you move through the crazy and exhilarating world of online business". Kyle's rules go on to say, "Keep the conversation on topic. Your blog here is to share your experiences within WA and with creating your online business". The rules can be found via a hyperlink at the bottom of every new blog post.

I typically use Questions to get people to think or to give their opinion on a topic. Until you become an Ambassador, you're only allowed one blog post a day, so Questions are a good alternative to still post.

You can create either a blog post or ask a question by going to your Profile page and then selecting the one you want in the header.

To help you come up with topics to write about in your blog posts, subscribe to the newsletters of some of the experts in the field. I like Content Marketing Institute (http://contentmarketinginstitute.com/), Copyblogger (http://www.copyblogger.com/), ProBlogger (http://www.problogger.net/) and Yoast (https://yoast.com/). Just make sure you use their posts as inspiration and don't copy. Wealthy Affiliate blog posts are indexed by Google so if you copy verbatim it will be marked as plagiarized material.
