"Press This" makes it fast and easy to share other site content with your readers. You can also share link related to your blog, a quote, text, image with a link back to the original source. Pictures from Instagram, Tweets from Twitter and also Videos from Vimeo or YouTube as shown in this training. It also provides the link to the content you are sharing on your site (hence, this helps to avoid copyright infringement).

To begin...Log in to your site and access "Press This" in the backend of your WordPress site by clicking on Tools.

Once you click on Tools the "Press This" becomes available. If not click on available tools.

Drag the "Press This" bookmarklet to the bookmark bar of your browser.


Next go to the site you want to write about or curate...for this training am heading to YouTube.

I think you are thinking about saving an article to use later. If that is what you want to do this training is what you need.

Hi, at the top where the heading is there is a small white star on the left side, if you click on it, it then turns yellow and you can add what they call a tag which is a short description of what you are starring. This then keeps the information for when you want to go back to it.

To get back to the information you need to go to the right hand side in the search bar and there is another star. When you click on that one all the things you have saved will show up there.
