Well I screwed up the start and started over so I just included it on the end for an extra treat. God Bless & Enjoy.

When we first started at WA and first started taking Kyle's classes one of the first things he covered was the power of setting goals, the importance of business planning, and strategies including setting up systems to maximise efficiencies. Website owners need to be a strategic partner with the our Website Traffic, and there are 5 important things you need to consider when it comes to meeting the driving force that is driving our traffic:

  1. Mindset. The way Google is ranking our websites is changing and change is hard. We will soon be adapting to meet new rules and regulations designed to level the playing field once again and old dogs will be forced to learn new tricks. Statistics show on an average that it It takes a minimum of 21 times to make a new habit and it’s easy for your resolve to weaken. Hold true to the end result, and COMMIT to change. Whether you like change or not things must change IN ORDER to stay the same. With each passing generation the meek inherit the Earth because children grow to be adults and there is a great transfer of power and wealth and the way millennials are seeking the answers to their needs are changing. Can you keep up?
  2. Strategy. Taking time for training and learning new types of business planning is essential. Put together a one page strategic plan and define your core goals and Primary Purpose, Value and Vision are the Order of the day.
  3. Structure - WHO is wearing WHAT hat..? Have you reached the point in your business where you are weighing time to money? Soon you may need to consider outsourcing. Some hats need to be passed on in order to grow successfully while there will always be those thing that can only be flavored by your own expertise as to not leave a bad taste in your visitor's mouth.
  4. Systems. Improve your systems and leverage the power of one to many. I can't stress enough here to know when less is more. Take a breath and step back to gain time to focus on what is important for your business.
  5. Accountability. Plan your work and work your plan and hold yourself to task!! Set your plans, take action and have accountability. If you have others that work for you, treat them well but know this, they need a supervisor more than they need a friend.

I'm loopy from no sleep. Up all night after work learning and building. Was supposed to be off today but got called in again. Things should stabilize at work next week until the holidays. You have inspired some big things Teddy Bear.

Great stuff Teddy Bear! As always. So many of these things you mention ring true in my account(s). I need to improve and engage in all 5 driving forces you mention! Structure especially!

Thanks so much for the boost, and insight! Well needed.

Mark. Thank you so very much for the Salmon. We have eaten like Kings on it and that is by far one of the most thoughtful gifts a bear could receive. You are such a great guy.

I'll see you tonight.

Hi Chris,

I liked your video. I agree with most of your points. The hardest obstacle in my life is my health. I physically can't spend more than 4-5 hours sitting in front of my computer. I am working .. I admit slowly .. to build up my strength and get healthier. But it will take time. I still take pride in my little successes with my website. Getting ranked with search engines, getting comments on my posts, being approved for affiliate programs. For now that is enough as I work building up my site with content, getting more traffic, and becoming monetized.

Hello, Dianne.

It isn't really so much about the amount of hours you put into your work as it is the amount of work you put into your hours.

It sounds like you have a plan to keep the main thing the main thing and you will be fine.

I am so glad you have posted this Chris. I have been starting to feel my season changing this week, and am super thrilled about having your plan here.

It's strange, because I'm even getting my kid's site back to moving forward. She had to write a paper for English class, and I said why do you not post that as an article on your site!? So guess what? Yep, it's became an article this evening.

Feeling blessed! And SUPER THANKFUL!! :o)

Hello, Paula. Thank you so much for commenting and wow(!!!)...you made my head spin. It is amazing how great minds think alike.

I was just thinking up a poem that fits the message above so well and was trying to remember how it went when you said what you said about the seasons.

I'm going to place it as an update above.
