No. But there again,it would be extremely rare anyone would want or have a need to embed a single tweet in a Sidebar on their site. Which is probably why Wordpress haven't enabled that functionality.

I am the only most likely the only odd person who wants a Twitter Tweet Widget on my website so that Friends/Viewers can click on the widget and follow me on Twitter as well.
I probably should look into it as there is most likely an easier plug in for Twitter as well as the other Social Media sites to place in sidebar widgets.
