Alright log into Dropbox www.dropbox.com to upload a file

After file is uploaded Right Click the file and share with the Site Support peeps so that they can test it on a temp site before you change your nameservers over to WA.

Once you're good with the site temp change the nameservers to WA and move your domain over and move the the temp to your actual domain that's hosted at WA.

Does backwpup backup all the plugin and theme files too or is it just the list of themes and files? Do you have to go install the plugins later?

You have brought up very valid question for when using backWPup. Yes it backups all the files so you do not have to go back and reinstall anything again once you transfer everything.
