I do have a question though. My son and daughter in law are think on home schooling my 3 grand kids. Did you have any problems what so ever on your kids being shy towards others due to not having that class room setting??

I'm not Tinamarie, but I can speak to your question from my experience. We home schooled our 3 girls for most of their school years, from about 2nd grade through high school with no problems at all. All 3 are well-adjusted and happily married.
Your question about kids being shy is a common fallacy promoted by the public education system. After all, fewer students=fewer $$ in state funding=having to cut the budget or go before the voters, often a hard sell for the school district.
As a parent and a teacher for 25 years in the public education system I can tell you that the sociable kids will be sociable and the shy ones will be shy. Kids WILL socialize to the extent they want to, whether it be in the neighborhood, a sports team, a club of some sort, or church as our girls did.
MOST IMPORTANT: When kids are home schooled they receive a much higher quality education, and avoid the moral abyss into which our public school systems are sinking. Do you want your grandkids to be taught how to have "safe sex"? To be taught that homosexuality is normal and acceptable starting from the first grade? Most parents (and grandparents) don't, but it's most likely happening now at a public school near you. And it's only going to get worse with the NEA working closely with homosexual groups. Also, parents have MUCH more control over who their children associate with

I like your comment about one training video and one task. Those seem like very real and productive goals. That's a take away for me and make sure to ask me sometime if I'm doing it. Great training
