Trading Services (Your Skills for Money)

Many of you are very skilled in particular areas, and would be able to trade these skills with companies and other individuals for something of value (including money). This can be a resourceful way to get your "feet wet" with making money online, and although you are trading your services for money (as you would in a job), you are working for yourself, and you are doing something that you enjoy doing. The money that you do earn through "trading" services can then be used as seed money to fund your Internet marketing campaigns.

This tutorial is going to outline the process of leveraging the tool set that you have (that companies want) and offering services in a manner that will allow you to earn cash.

How come no one has responded to the question of where the site is, from 3 months ago? Hellooooo? Anyone know?

If you look at the date, this tutorial is dated 2009 (7 years ago). As you know, in online, things move fast.

We don't have that option...sorry!

@Cristina111 they should update the tutorial then. I'm reviewing this program and it doesn't look good when the info in the basic level certification is no longer accurate. And it's clearly causing people confusion.

Carson, the WA Jobs link says there is nothing there yet. Is that still being developed?

Thanks. I looked in the questions and Carson had a post, but when I clicked on the link it said the Page Could Not Be Found. I had heard they allowed this at one time, but something must have changed, so I will wait for Kyle's answer.

Why doesn't this get more comments etc. I see nobody asking where the WA Jobs page is. I would think this training would generate a lot more interest. I just can't believe I just now found it... Musta took a left when I shoulda took a right.

Carson -- this is very helpful, concretely listing how IM'ers can market themselves to different businesses. The gurus online are charging $3,000 in software just to "figure out how to approach" a biz on website design, data capture, autoresponder set up, newsletter set up and indexing page 1 at Google. What they say they're also including -- what must go on a website for contractual purposes + setting up payments w/the client + setting up schedules for product delivery + what to do if the biz does not pay. I think WA'ers could use guidance in terms of making sure they deliver what's needed + getting paid in a timely way. 50% up front + 50% at delivery? bkb2012
