The information in the video is my opinion. It is based on my observations and experience. There are no guarantees that you can make money with any niche.
Regarding "Home Brewing" I have 3 suggestions
1. Check Google Trends
2. Research the keywords by using a keyword tool -I use the Google Ads keyword planner because it also gives me an idea of how much competition there is and what is the price per click.
3. Chech 3-4 blogs in the same niche and how they are monetized
The aim of any blog in any niche is to find a crowd of people with problems, challenges and dilemmas to help and serve them.
Only the "market place" can tell you how well a niche is ranking. My opinion is irrelevant.
