Remember that long lost relative that you never knew you had and then after a few years you guys got united and you realized how kool they were and how much of an addition they were to your life? If your answer is "yes!" then brilliant, because today, that relative is "Open Office".

Why Open Office and NOT Microsoft Word?:

1. Well family comes 1st, that's for one, so a distant relative still counts as family, lol :-).

2. Apart from being recommended by many online experts, "Open Office" compared to "Microsoft Word" - especially when it comes to eBook creation is better equipped for this task.

3. Open Office allows for export to a pdf format after creation is completed! Some versions of Microsoft Word on the other hand are paid - when it comes to this feature.

4. Allows for a smoother process when it comes to adding an eBook cover to your editor, due to proper and better alignment features, compared to that of Microsoft Word.

5. Last but not least Open Office is FREE to all users and not all versions of Microsoft Word is FREE, some are paid e.g. like that for Windows 8.

Thanks Cubandance. Had some set backs but still adding the training. Thanks for stopping by too. Thanks for pointing that out too. To answer your question, Microsoft Word isn't a good a editor as Open Office, especially when it comes to eBook creation and export of of one.

Open Office is a strongly recommended program by many online experts, based on the ease of use features - allows for conversion to a pdf document when completed etc.

Also, the alignment features when it comes to adding a eCover and wording allows for a much smoother transitioning.
