I hope you are doing well in this walk with WA so far. I've been doing okay myself.

If you've got a Wordpress blog which I’ll assume most to all of you WA’ers do, there’s a cool plugin for you. It's called Pretty Link.

If you’ve ever been in a need to turn say,

yourwebsite.com/2012/02/15/the-coolest-post-i-ever-wrote
into
yourwebsite.com/cool

Then this is the right plugin for the job! Simple described as “Shrink, beautify, track, manage and share any URL on or off of your WordPress website. Create links that look how you want using your own domain name!” by the publisher.

You can use Pretty Link to shorten any links that you want, but it's more than just a URL shortener. I mean, you can do that already with tools from Goo.gl, Bit.ly and Budurl.com.

What's cool about Pretty Link is that the resulting link keeps your domain name in it, as opposed as how it will appear if you had used Tinyurl.com or Bit.ly. This is especially perfect for those who are sharing links on any audio or video content that you produce.

Resulting link is much cleaner and much easier to say.
