there are ocasions when we can't watch a video, so screenshots would help. That's the intention of this tutorial.
A sitemap is a XML file gives Google information about:
- All the pages of your site.
- All the posts of your site.
- And all the media files of your site.
When you add a page or a post, you can resubmit your sitemap and it helps Google index you.
We must remind you that before submitting a site map to Google, you first need to verify your site at Google Search Console. We won't cover that here. If you need to do that, check this.
Now lets jump right into things.
In this tutorial we'll explain how to submit sitemap to Google Search Consule using All in One SEO, that is what most Wealthy Affiliate members use.
1. When you've already added your site to Google Search Console, you'll note it's still lacking a sitemap.
2. To add a Sitemap to Google Search Console, you must go to the back office of your WordPress site and click "All in One SEO" and then "Feature Manager".
