In this step you will do a little more research and then select your topic.

First, use a keyword research tool like Jaxxy or the WA keyword tool to find out how many people each month are searching for answers to the issues that you wrote down in the previous step. If thousands of people per month are search for a certain solution, you can create a product that literally sells itself. Depending on your topic and niche, the amount of people searching for answers online will continue for years into the future so you can sell your product over and over.

You’ll also want to look into how big each industry/topic is. How much money are people spending annually? For example, the video game industry was estimated to be around $100 Billion in 2015, and the scuba diving industry was only $422 Million, big difference. Your niche should be specific but should be able to be categorized within a large industry.

For example, the niches that have a history of doing well online fall within one of these larger industries:

-Health (Fitness, Weight Loss, Nutrition)

-Internet Marketing

-Personal Development

-Productivity

-Finance

-Real Estate

-Gaming

-Dating/Relationship Advice

This doesn’t mean you are limited to these industries, there are many other industries you can find success in as well. It’s just important to do a little research to make sure you can find common problems and people are spending money for solutions.

Use Google to research and find possible solutions/products that are already being sold online, this will allow you to see what your potential competition is doing and then you can do it better or create a unique approach.

It’s now time to make a decision, you’ve waited long enough, after a little bit of research on each topic you need to choose one and run with it.

Combine your expertise, interest, what you’re good at, what you enjoy, and the research you did to make the decision. Don’t get stuck on this step for too long like I did, I went back and forth for weeks and wasted so much time.

You can always do something new in the future if you really want to, the most important part is to start.

Thank you very much to you and to everyone in this community who suggest such broad concepts that include all other values in this and every work that is not absolutely focused on profit. The paradox is an affiliate connect with your life passions and realize all with financial independence. And it all really begins with the selection already in this step.
