Find out what works best for each platform and use that the most. Then to see success in reaching your goals, it's imperative that you're consistently posting often and that you learn how to use the native features on that platform - whether it's scheduling or analytics, the native features are probably much easier to use than learning an entirely new system. Finally, don't forget to engage with your users and constantly interact back with them. When they take the time to like, share, and comment, you should mention them, thank them, and call them out for being awesome. That's going to help them learn to trust you more, see you as an authority on the topic, and get the word out about your offerings faster.

Thank You!!
I've got the site, the posts and the pages - now I need to tackle social media and engagement. I'm an introvert so this is probably the part that scares me the most. This training has lots of points that will help me along the way. Thank you for compiling it.

Catherine, This is an interesting review of the whole process of Social Media Marketing. Sometimes it is difficult to remember all the ins and outs, and having a lesson like this is a good way to revisit the ways you can use social media.
Thanks,
Sami

This was some excellent training and I will bookmark it for all the pears of wisdom I found.

I've been struggling with social media as I'm not a very social person but now I see that I need a better focused approach.

Thanks so much.
